What makes it "Underground"
This is a word-of-mouth, invite-only event. We’re starting an underground grassroots movement with one message: Show yourself love and pass it on!
Show it love, first, by sharing your e-mail address with us, so we can let you know when Underground Groove will happen near you.
Then, once you get your invite from us, bring a friend that you feel needs a little love and spirit-lifting in their lives. And together, we’ll all pay the love forward by moving and grooving and showing it love.
Where the "Groove" comes in
For about 60 minutes, to the hottest house and soul music around, we'll move and sweat together, experiencing the joy of letting go and loving our bodies. All of that, for one great cause – showing and spreading love.
